Rachel Flynn is a reputable and trusted agent in the Northern Virginia area. A DMV native, born in DC and growing up in Maryland, she landed in Fredericksburg, Virginia 10 years ago after visiting a friend and falling in love with the city. The downtown culture and history were the biggest draws to the area, second only to the Rappahannock river being right at her doorstep. Rachel prefers the outdoors and staying active! Camping, fishing, golfing, off roading, yoga and pretty much anything that involves water! In addition, she is training in dutch kickboxing and will be competing on an amateur level.

Rachel was bartending while she worked on her degree in nursing and transitioned out of hospitality into the medical field, gaining employment at an OB/GYN office. However, she was quickly promoted to management and realized her calling for business. She preferred economics and spreadsheets, over anatomy and physiology, and graduated cum laude with her business management degree.

Her unwavering passion for people and problem solving put her on a clear path to becoming a Realtor®, where she’s surpassed expectations and established herself in the fast-paced Virginia real estate market!

Rachel and her high school sweetheart, Eric, plan to continue raising their two children, Giovanni and Roselyn right here in Virginia on several acres and a homestead. For now, their “critter farm” consists of two pups, Tobias and Athena, and two rescue cats Izzy and Rolo, whom they refer to as “domesticated house lions.”
